Refunds and cancellations
Plain rules for our paid property report service.

This policy covers paid orders on /property-report, sold by LawyerDesk Advocacy Pvt Ltd. Prices are in INR and include GST (see pricing). Reading the site is free, so nothing else is refundable.
Cancelling an order
- Before review starts (the order status is “Paid”): cancel for any reason and get a full refund.
- After review starts (status “In review” or later): the work is under way, so we do not refund, except in the cases below.
When we refund in full
- You were charged twice for the same order, or a payment was taken but no order was created.
- We cannot prepare the report from your documents and you do not send usable ones after we ask.
- We fail to deliver the report within a reasonable time after the date we promised, and you ask for a refund.
Add-ons
The lawyer signature is refundable until a lawyer has started on your report. The lawyer call is refundable until the call has been held or booked at your request. We do not refund an add-on once it has been delivered.
What a refund does not cover
We do not refund because a report finds problems with the property or tells you something you did not hope to hear. The report is the service; what it finds is the point of it.
How to ask
Email editor@landandlaw.in with your order reference (LL-XXXXXXXX) and the reason. We reply within 1 working day.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments. It usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days after we approve it, depending on your bank. We cannot speed up a bank’s processing time.
