  • Plot shape or access road on site different from the map
  • A plot that the RoR shows as government or other land

Questions

Is the online map a certified copy?
No. Order an official map sheet through the revenue services portal, which charges Rs 300 per sheet.
How do I see who owns a plot shown on the map?
Look up the same plot number on Bhulekh, which shows the khatiyan and tenant details.
Can I get my boundary marked on the ground?
Yes. Apply for demarcation on odisharevenueservices.nic.in; the fee for a private individual is Rs 800 per plot.
Why do maps matter for registration?
The IGR has noted that all RoRs are on Bhulekh and maps on Bhunaksha, and that title should be shown flowing from the RoR for registration.
